Denmark: Royal Unibrew’s deal with Danone cancelled

Royal Unibrewinformed today that its planned acquisition of Aqua d’Or from Danone (inside.beer, 16.11.2021) will not be completed. “The parties have determined that they will not be able to fulfill the closing conditions and the parties have therefore agreed that the deal will not materialize,” a statement reads.
